Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

Order Cancellations
Orders are processed promptly to ensure efficient delivery. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. In certain cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products
- Items marked as final sale collections are not eligible for return
Items that have been used, worn, or are not in their original condition and packaging will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible), and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must still meet the return conditions stated above.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
